Information you provide

When you create an account, we receive your email address and authentication information. If you choose to enter them, we also process your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, reading questions, saved readings, private GNOSIS dialogues, progress notes, and contact-form messages.

How information is used

Information is used to provide readings, calculate charts and numerology, save your archive and dialogues, manage access, respond to contact requests, protect the service from abuse, and maintain account security.

Payments

Membership payments are handled by Stripe. Veil Oracle receives subscription and receipt information needed to activate access and display billing status. Full payment-card details are not stored by Veil Oracle.

Intelligence and private dialogues

Reading prompts and GNOSIS dialogue content are processed to generate the answer you request. GNOSIS conversations are private to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are not used by Veil Oracle to train models. You can erase individual dialogues or all dialogues from your account.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers required for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and generated responses. Information is not sold. Account information and saved material remain until you delete them or your account, except where records must be retained for security, billing, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may review and change account information, erase dialogues, and delete your account from the account page. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion.
